Home Made Salsa


You’ll Need:

1 1/2 cup local, organic cherry tomatoes
4 tablespoons local, organic scallions
2 tablespoons local, organic garlic
1 cup chopped black olives
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic or apple cider vinegar

1. Chopped tomatoes, scallions, garlic, and olives.

2. Mix all ingredients together and allow to sit for a few hours.
