The first visit takes two hours. During this visit we review the health questionnaire and discuss individual health goals. We then recommend a personalized program which may include:

Package of five holistic nutrition consults - $475.00
Holistic Nutrition Cooking Sessions - $95.00
Package of five Sessions - $450.00
Grocery Shopping for Cooking Sessions - $35.00

Payment Policy All payments must be made at the time of service. We accept cash and check. We do not bill insurance. We will provide you with a receipt of payment.

Cancellation Policy Twenty-four hours cancellation notice is required. Any appointment canceled without notice will be billed at our regular rates. Services and Packages paid for in advance are non-transferable and non-refundable
