Brown Rice Pasta, Basil, and Mozzarella

You’ll need:
1 bag Tinkyada’s Brown Rice Pasta Spirals
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small bunch of fresh basil or 2 tablespoons dried basil
2-3 cloves fresh garlic
2-3 small organic tomatoes or homemade tomato sauce

Chop basil, garlic, and tomatoes

Combine all ingredients in large bowl, salt to taste, and serve
