Bok Choy Stir-Fry
Yield: 8
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 large head of bok choy, cleaned and chopped into 1 inch pieces
2 medium red onions, cut into thin strips
2 medium yellow onions, cut into thin strips
1 small clove garlic, peeled and minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1. Heat a wok or skillet and swirl in the sesame oil
2. Add the bok choy, onions, and garlic and stir-fry over high heat 3 to 5 minutes,
or until the vegetables are tender.
3. Stir in the soy sauce and serve
